Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Your Company Name(“SellerSprig”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the SellerSprigwebsite and service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SellerSprig connects to your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API and asks Amazon to send its standard “Request a Review” solicitation for orders Amazon considers eligible. Amazon decides whether an order is eligible and controls the content and delivery of every message. We do not guarantee that any buyer will leave a review or feedback.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the seller account you connect.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Amazon authorization

When you connect an Amazon account, you authorize us to access the SP-API data needed to provide the Service. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard or in Seller Central. You remain responsible for complying with Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement and seller policies. We are not affiliated with Amazon, and Amazon may change or limit its APIs in ways that affect the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or of Amazon's policies;
• connect a seller account you are not authorized to manage;
• try to access other customers' data, or disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You keep all rights to your data. We use it only to provide and improve the Service, and we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy when you disconnect or close your account.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service, other customers or Amazon at risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
